Chocolate and Yellow Cake



I made this cake for my daughter's 4th Birthday. It's a 6-layer cake with 5 layers of chocolate cream and swiss buttetcream filling. Covered with swiss buttercream and almond flavored fondant, and embellished with mermaid/under-the-sea team (just what my daughter requested).

Fresh Mango Cream Cake


This is a 4-layer of sponge cake with 3 layers of Mango cream fillings and glazed with fresh Mango puree and finished with lady fingers.
