I am a working mom who loves to bake as my hobby. Baking has always been a part of me since childhood. My mother baked good cakes and decorated them beautifully and I wish I can be one too! I started baking 4-years ago and over the course of my experiments (from rock hard solid cake because it was that tough to cut it, that even using both hands to cut the cake, you could barely slice it --- to soft, moist, and heavenly sweet)I can tell that my baking has improved significantly. Hopefully out from this hobby I can open a business to help support my daughter. It's my long term goal to attain. Although it's hard to manage time from taking care of my daughter, to working 40-45 hours/week, and then baking. It's not easy but I am hopeful that I can do this. So I thought I should put my work out there for everyone to see, to drop comments, to help me improve and inspire to do better. Thanks again for dropping by.
